Spread over an area of 2,20,000 sq.ft, near Chennai Metro, pressure vessel bays have EOT crane of 20ton x 2 in two bays and 10ton x 2 in one bay and mobile cranes covering a space of 50,000Sq.ft.
The factory has all necessary plants and tools for stainless steel and carbon steel fabrication such as plate bending machines, column and boom welding machines, MIG, TIG and BC Arc rectifiers, plasma cutters for stainless steel etc. There is full power backup of 250KVA for main workshop.
Full range of NDT facilities are available at the works like gamma ray source, x ray machines with full fledged processing facilities, MPT and DPT tool kits, Elcometer for checking paint thickness for ferrous and non-ferrous materials, thickness meters, hydro and pneumatic testing equipments.
Inhouse design and the drawing facility aided by computer softwares like PV Elite, API650 Tank software, Staad Pro for structural design and CAD for
drawing preparations are available.
